- Manage community/group of Klob’s users using channel (telegram/discord/etc)
- Create, curate, and manage message/article/news/current trend/etc to blast in each group in order to attract and engage group’s member
- Maintain two-way communication with the group’s member
- Educate groups about Klob’s features and ensure the utilization
- Initiate effort and activation to attract and enhance engagement
Kualifikasi
- Fresh graduate who is active in an organization or community
- Comfortable with digital work tools for work (Jira/CRM/etc)
- Good skill in using Microsoft Excel to manage content plan for monitoring and reporting
- Good presentation skills (including create ppt/canva/etc will be an advantage)
- Excellent writing skills
- Highly initiative, and communicative (specifically influencing others)
- Ability in solving problems and think analytically

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years as pre sales or account manager, preferably in tech companies
