Peran dan Tanggung Jawab

• Source and pre-qualify candidates that match client requirements, primarily by leveraging technology, including the internet
• Reach out and connect potential pipelines through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees.
• Responsible in handling Applicant Tracking System and job platform channel
• Responsible to ensure all job advertisement updated in all job platform channel
• Build and maintain candidate/talent database

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor degree or equivalent from any major
• Proficient in Ms. Excel
• Good in communication skills (Verbal & Written)
• Independent & proactive
• Able to work with target and deadlines

Business Development (Surabaya & Jakarta)

Status: Kesepakatan Kerja Waktu Tertentu

Peran dan Tanggung Jawab

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

• Build relationships with prospective clients (Sales B2B)
• Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
• Manage sales pipeline
• Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
• Track metrics to ensure targets are hit

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor degree or equivalent
• Having 3-4 years of experience as Business Development in a Recruitment Consulting and/or Start-Up Environment is preferable
• Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing and demonstrated sales success
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions
• Must be number-oriented, eager to achieve financial goals & exceed in performance
• Placement: Surabaya & Jakarta
