Peran dan Tanggung Jawab

• Troubleshooting technical issues.
• Diagnosing faults.
• Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.
• Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.
• Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
• Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
• Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
• Providing support in the form of procedural documentation.
• Managing multiple cases at one time.
• Testing and evaluating new technologies.

Kualifikasi

• Degree in computer science or information technology.
• Prior experience in app support, desktop support, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Windows/Linux/Mac OS.
• Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
• Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.

Backend Developer

• Designing and implementing RESTFul API using Java Spring Boot.
• Analyzing user requirements to inform application design.
• Defining application objectives and functionality.
• Aligning application design with business goals.
• Meet the target timeline defined by project manager.
• Test the software with QA and SIT officer
• Create technical and API documentation with internal technical writer staff.

Kualifikasi

• 2+ years of experience in Java Development.
• Bachelor degrees in Computer.
• Science/Information Technology.
• Understand Architecture Microservices.
• Good knowledge in Java programming language is a must.
• Good knowledge Spring boot framework.
• Familiar Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate).
• Familiar with containerized application (Docker / Kubernetes).
• Understand versioning code like (Github or Gitlab).
• Experience with RESTFul API Development.
