Our Client, ABM Group, is seeking for talented candidates for Management Trainee position.
Peran dan Tanggung Jawab
Management Trainee (MT) Program is A Development Program from ABM Group to create competent and potential individuals in accordance with the company values, competencies, and needs, which are prepared to become leaders in the future.
ABM provides support and care to every employee so that they are able to develop and grow together, opportunities to participate in projects is wide open as well as providing a comfortable and safe work environment.
Kualifikasi
- 21 – 26 years old.
- S1 with minimum GPA 3.00 from reputable university, with non-academic achievement.
- Majoring in Accounting, Psychology, Management, Public Health, Information Technology, Engineering, Statistics, Law, Others.
- Fresh Graduates or Max. 2 years working experience.
- Candidates should have good analytical & interpersonal skill and should be willing to be relocate to all ABM Group in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication in Bahasa and English.
- Willing to undergo 3 years contract of Management Trainee Program.
